I love this phone. We bought it about 14 months ago, but this month we had to replace it because some of the number keys stopped working. Disappointing. We hope our new one will last longer. However, with the great features and discounted price of this phone, if it needs replacing, it's worth it. My husband and I are in our 60s. I have hearing problems and he doesn't. We both love the signatures that appear automatically on calls. Many people in our state have a heavy accent that is difficult to understand, so this phone helps us in conversation without the caller having to repeat it many times. We adjusted the font size; My husband likes large print. The phone cord is long and it often sits a few feet from the phone's display, not missing anything with larger writing. I like the subtle blue background and the fact that all call information is shown on the display (caller number etc.).
