I'm a 51 year old male and I train 6 days a week on a hybrid plan I put together of Body Beast, P90X and P90X3. I have used several different PWO's including C4, C4 Ripped, Pre Jym, ENGN, Pre-Kaged, Vapor X5, MP Assault etc. To date I have used Assault mixed with Citrulline Malate and Kaged Hydra Charge (I hate the taste of Hydra ). . but mix it up so you don't throw away your lost money). I usually alternate between Assault and C4. Steam is good too, but I don't care about the rest. For Intra I use Intracell 7, which is pretty good. This material takes all of that to a new level. Within 15 minutes of drinking (blackberry soda tastes great, by the way) I was ready to rock and roll. I'm usually quite exhausted after training. I was able to get through this morning's workout relatively easily and with more energy after the workout. Not the stamping of the feet, the pounding of the heart and the nervous energy. It was more of a concentrated energy, if that makes sense. I'm pretty caffeine tolerant so the amount didn't matter. Sometimes I can't wait to finish a workout or it takes mental effort to get through it. In this case, I was ready to continue training after the training. Of course I've only used it once, but with this PWO I can tell a difference. As a side note with some other PWOs I have to use the bath 1-3 times right after drinking as it really upsets my stomach. That didn't happen with Nutrex Outlift. Will be updated with more use.
