Initially, they did not attach any importance to this, but when trying on the headphones, it turned out that the headphones are too large and cannot be properly fixed in the auricle (fall out). It was decided to return the goods to the seller. Having entered the site and read the instructions, it turned out that the goods are subject to return if the goods and packaging have a presentation. Returning to unpacking, I realized that this was not our case. Since the store does not have a phone number on the site, I wrote to the store using the feedback form with a question about how long it takes to return the goods. I've been waiting for an answer for 4 days now. I am not a fan of conspiracy theories, but it seems that the store deliberately damages the packaging so that the product is not suitable for return. Cons

Unreasonably expensive headphones for such a sum (6000r). They will constantly turn off, after which the headphones have to be reset to factory settings and re-paired. The earpiece itself is quite large, so they are not suitable for people with small ears (children, girls). Moreover, in life they look much worse than in the photos on the Internet (I attach a photo). An ugly seam runs through the entire earpiece. Very easily soiled surface. Scratches remain on the surface due to the texture of the plastic (Photo of the case). Another interesting fact is that the headphones are already scratched when first unpacked. Either at the factory in China, sloppy employees, or to reduce the cost of transport costs, they are transported unassembled, gathering at the point of sale. I highly do not recommend purchasing. You will be disappointed. It is especially offensive against the background of Chinese wireless headphones for 1500 (they sound no worse, there are fewer problems, the price is lower).

Has pros: Comfortable case, headphone shape, appearance, fit well in the ears Its cons: Quality of work - frequent interruption of the sound when using it on the street, pausing. Contacting the service center, unfortunately, did not solve the problem.
