I like that it has templates for common tasks which we have found work well in our organization (i'm currently using them). The interface is very basic but functional; there are some things you could use better UI-wise such as buttons instead of text boxes or dropdowns where more options would be useful--but this may just depend upon how much time/money was allocated towards development compared wtih UX design! Not having access when someone else makes an error within your system - even if they're not supposed too know about what's going wrong inside their own process.- This product seems great at solving problems without writing code from scratch so often times my boss asks me why he should spend his budget buying another tool rather than hiring us programmers who write these tools ourselves all day long every single week anyways?
