Excellent. for small appliances

Since this is my first dehydrator, I have no comparison; who says it works fine. I dry organic citrus peels and grind them into a powder. Works very well. I also buy expensive fresh shiitake/oyster mushrooms after the last use by date and so on at a reduced price at the supermarket and it dries them out super.

Pros
