They look great and bright but there is a huge 1 inch gap between the grille and the lights. To be fair, these lights are not compatible with the 2020 Gladiator. However, apart from the gap, they are perfectly aligned. To close the gap I went to Home Depot and bought some vinyl washers (1/2 I think), loosened all the fixed screws so they were flush with the studs, and then reinstalled the grille. The fit is almost perfect. They work great for the price but I'll probably buy some 9 inch lights as better styles come out. Again the styling of these lights is amazing, just wish they were 9 inches.
