These gaskets are a joke, they are not compatible with transmission oil as stated by some other reviews. I installed one of these in my Park Avenue Ultra and found that after about a year and 10,000 miles it was dented and split and was leaking trans fluid onto my driveway. Stupidly I replaced it with another of the same kind and the picture looks like it will look after another year and 10,000 miles (right) compared to the new GM seal (left). It's barely cheaper than GM seals, so don't waste your time or money. I have headers in my car which makes this replacement a major pain so it really validated that you should always use OEM whenever possible. I'm sure that the new GM seal will last for a long time.
