Note: Much discussion and negative feedback relates to the reformulation of these bars. I can confirm that the batch I received from my last order is the old improved version. After being diagnosed with heart disease and spending several days in the hospital, it suddenly became very important to me to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. Junk food and junk food has been banned from my kitchen and a spare bedroom has been turned into a home gym. While I'm happy with the changes (first, I have a lot more energy now), there are some things from my old life. a lifestyle I sometimes miss, like candy bars. As a replacement, I started eating a protein bar daily as a snack between meals and after a workout. I tried MET-Rx bars and didn't really like them. I've been buying bars from Clif Builders for the past few months; although I liked them better, my brain wasn't fooled into thinking they were real candies. Instead, he is "good enough". I recently bought Combat Crunch bars because I was sick of the hard texture of Clif bars and was hoping they would be different. My god, the moment I took a bite out of a peanut butter bar, I was hooked. It was like eating a real candy bar! It was so good I couldn't wait to try one of the cinnamon sticks the next day. I decided to take the second bar and count it as one of my meals for the day. I was very happy with the peanut butter bar but the cinnamon bar was amazing! Like eating a cinnamon stick. I've never felt so naughty after eating something healthy for you. I look forward to my next workout so I can relax afterwards and enjoy that sticky cinnamon. I no longer have sugar cravings because I get my dose from these bars. Today, Muscle Pharm has earned a loyal customer. Now I will buy these bars.
