It held my 16th puppy well and was comfortable on the shoulder and back. I love the design and the size is great for my big little dog. The padded shoulder strap is comfortable. The extra padding covering the loop/clasp is a nice touch. My height is 5 feet 7 inches. The material is durable, except for the "protective" mesh around the upper. This creates an uncomfortable entrance. Nails and limbs get caught in it once in a sling when boarding or adjusting. with a small dog it's not a problem and makes sense i would love to have this bag if it didn't have a mesh at all or was instead made of jersey or a lighter smooth fabric although the bag runs large for my larger pup because i use it for short, Getting quick walks in busy crowds like airport transfers, the difficulty of getting on and off the net means I have to return it.
