Update: Downgraded to one star because the cheap velcro stopped sticking after only a few months, especially since it was fitted over an elastic band that naturally curls/flexes. They don't stay on their feet at all. I would have to convert them to buttons or tear them off and sew on a new velcro to use them. Not cool. 1st Review: The handles are great, the fabric is decent quality and they hold up well, except for one thing: the velcro isn't the best. Because it lies along the elastic, the top velcro twists and cannot be straightened/flattened to attach the entire strip to the bottom half of the velcro. This results in a less secure closure when that makes sense, which is why these booties sometimes fall off because there isn't much room where the two halves of Velcro overlap.
