Seems to be working fine. I use this on one of my frequently used cameras so I don't have to worry about the batteries running out sooner than usual. Installation was easy. The hardest part was climbing the stairs to set it up. No for cheating. I think that's a big advantage. Connection - Micro USB. This is the connector located under the cover. This connection is revealed so you can access it by removing this little rubber stopper. The problem is that once removed, there is no waterproof seal left on the back. This is not a problem for me as my camera is under the roofline for protection. I think I could cut a slit in that rubber stopper, but then there's no going back and you're stuck. I think it's easy for the manufacturer to fix this by adding a seal to the fork and it should have been designed that way. I think it's just missed. Now the cork just goes through the open hole. The seal is gone, and if the camera isn't protected from the elements, you're going to be in trouble. This design needs to be corrected. I'm keeping this because, like I said, the camera is safe. Hence my bad rating. By using this product you are exposing your electronics to the elements.
