Initially I only received the box, after contacting the seller and making a return/replacement, I received another box a few days later (fairly quick turnaround time), the product arrived and was exactly as expected and advertised wife was very happy. As warned, the SPIEGEL projection cannot defeat physics. The letters are clear when held up to a light source.
