I finally discovered that my #5 misfire was caused by a weak coil. I looked at local Autoplace and NADA Autoparts, both had reels priced between $74 and $126 per reel. I know these rolls are supposed to be $25 or less (they actually cost $12.67 each) so I checked out AMAZON. I found this pack of 6 coils locally for less than the price of 1 (not even OEM). Of course, if I had to wait a week I might have opted for an overpriced local unit if I really needed a car along the way, but I could afford to wait a day and PRIME is great if you wait a day be able! Received them in less than 24 hours and these coils look and work just like the original. I only installed one and it works as expected. I have no doubt. about the durability of these coils but I have 5 more in case of failure. On this particular car (Toyota Sienna) the top air intake needs to be removed to replace the spark plugs and/or coils. Having done this job a few times before, done the spark plugs, then changed the coil boots and then again fixed the misfire on #5, I didn't want to do it again. I highly recommend buying this coil set for the price and quality. It's only been 24 hours, I'll be sure to update if there are any issues.
