Misleading look at ALL description photos

I think it's my fault for not examining every description picture carefully but the shoes I ordered had straight laces instead of velcro even though the description photos had velcro , but There was also photo lacing. I also ordered 10.5 but I would say it looks more like N 11. I would go down the size.
