The sleeves match other reviews, they look more like 3/4 sleeves. I can't reach over my head that easily. I love the material. I think the dress would be more attractive if there wasn't so much fabric in it. Want bags. The flared hem is quite large, I can wrap the hem more than halfway around my waist. For the most part it's nice, not cheap at all. I'm not sure I'll leave it, I don't think the shape is that attractive for my body type. The chest is very dense (34D) I bought medium. If I hold my arms straight in front of me, the sleeves are 3 inches from the wrist. The dress is slightly longer at the back than at the front. This is a dress I want to love and I like it very much, but it will sit in the closet and never be worn because I don't feel it flatters me.
