DIUM! Now the projector looks much better! I used a homemade sheet with lots of threads and a frame; hanging on the wall by a wooden frame. It looked good and I've been using it for years with no problems. But it was still just a sheet with a homemade bezel, so going to a "high gain" screen with a "blacked out" back (to capture and reflect light) was a massively significant quality upgrade. . But this brand killed it with quality. / Price. I wanted to upgrade to a brighter projector that's also 4K for an overall better picture, but I saved $1,000 to see if that $170 screen would help a little. and now I'm not interested in a 4K projector anymore! LOL (right now). It definitely brightened the overall look, but it also made the colors so "bright" that now it ONLY looks like a 100-inch TV. I also get a lot of sun during the day, and this screen does a pretty good job of blocking out ambient light (most of the time). It's definitely easier to see during the day with this new screen; but don't expect miracles if you're having trouble with ambient lighting. It's still a flat white surface. That being said, this was the CHEAPEST of any fixed home theater screen brand and I absolutely couldn't be happier. I was planning on using the typical Revain return policy if it doesn't fit and replacing it with a more expensive brand with better reviews, but no. I'm doing well! Damn I'm awesome! Super happy! Highly recommended. (Plus it was fun to build! If you like that sort of thing lol)
