The ability for you as an individual or team member is that it allows us access all our information in one place where we can easily find what I need when needed! It makes my job easier by giving me everything at once instead having multiple emails open up each day looking through different things trying too figure out if something has changed from last week etc.. Sometimes there are some items missing but overall this helps keep track of changes across projects so no searching back & forth between emailing people about updates which saves time!!
