I LOVE the look of this bag. The fabric, the clasp, the design, the color, etc. Everything was beautiful. It appeared to be well constructed and it seemed strong and durable but I sent it back the day after it arrived. Here's why: It's impossible to quickly access anything with one hand. If there was an outside pocket to quickly stash your keys and phone I would keep it, but there isn't one. This is a bag/purse that requires two hands to operate. There are also no interior pockets for storage. The only pocket is a small zippered external pocket, which is nice, but it's under the flap, which requires two hands to operate the clasp, so it's just not practical for what I intended to use it for. The look and feel would get a 5 star rating but the functionality leaves a lot to be desired. (Sent by the Account Owner's wife)
