First, have a working Arduino ready!

Buy these but make sure you have a working USB programmable Arduino first. Upload the public Arduino ISP sketch to an existing Arduino. Use this Arduino to flash modern M8 USBASP firmware to these two KeeYees ISPs. After that they can be used as usual.
