Misleading Marketing. The USB-C cable will record video and possibly charge. but the usb input doesn't work

disappointed with the promise of being able to dock and switch between devices. It's just a basic monitor like the others and with a USB input like the others. The USB input requires power from a computer with a cable not included and connects to a single computer. Details and videos on YouTube are not clear. I have LG monitors at work and they do it promisingly, transferring data over USB-c and charging the computer. this seems to work, but no usb data is transferred. So limited in my opinion
