I still love this little stereo. The speaker cables are only 4-5 feet long so I bought some 25 inch cables and RCA adapters for them. I managed to put the subwoofer in a corner and the two main speakers under the TV. The stereo was ok with 4-5 inch cables but not the best. *With a subwoofer in the corner* and main speakers throughout the room, it fills my house with bass. Ideal for sci-fi (Star Trek, Star Wars) and loud music (metal, rock, drum and bass). It can get a lot louder than I need. It sounds good even at low volume, and the bass is still quite rich. As long as the stereo lasts, I find $100 a good deal. This is better quality than I expected. I strongly advise purchasing longer cables and cable adapters to distribute the system acoustically. You can attach stereo wire clips to the wall to keep them nice and tidy.
