MY REVIEW IS NOT BASED ON PRODUCT PERFORMANCE OR APPLICATION. It seems like a great homemade facial tool, but I'm disappointed to have received a returned item after paying for a new one. The product appears to be unused but the outer packaging was not wrapped in plastic (as seen in the unboxing video) and other Pure Daily Care items that I purchased. The white box also has scuff marks and smudges, so I'm glad I'm not giving it to anyone. I was so excited to receive this and have to decide whether to keep it or return it. IMO this should be in the price category of the USED variant in "VG condition, item in original packaging but packaging damaged". I have previously bought returned/opened items at a discount and have had great success with that, but I was ready for a USED item with those purchases, unlike this one. If I leave it I will report product usage later and the rating will reflect that.
