This is the second umbrella I have bought. The first was enough for several uses. I bought another one because I like the reverse water idea. used less than 6 times and today the umbrella did not close. The button is pressed and the umbrella stays fully open! Both times it was a waste of money. I created a warranty card, but I can't find it. I hope EEZY will contact me. How about this, EEZY? Good. THANK YOU EEZY‼️. EEZY contacted me a few weeks after my review and they very PROACTIVELY sent out a new umbrella! That speaks volumes. YOU REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT! Have fun with my new umbrella!
