These are very good 1-1/4" vacuum cleaner extension tubes. They are ribbed which makes them very durable and not likely to bend during use. The socket that fits onto the vacuum cleaner head is a full, straight socket that fits over the nozzle to the full depth of the socket, which differs from most available tubes which are tapered and rely on a cone to hold them together, and to the nozzle on the vacuum cleaner, resulting in a more secure fit that holds the tube more securely than limited contact with a tapered tube.
