Wow. I usually NEVER have a problem with Amazon products. This will literally be my FIRST negative review in my 3 years of shopping on Amazon. I am a specialist in eyelash extensions and I bought this pillow to offer my clients more comfort. I wasn't concerned as the package arrived in a 'tiny' box and I bought items that used to be vacuum sealed but like all my other items regain their shape after a few hours (or instantly). Well, it is clear that this pillow has not. Very sad as I spent money on this (any money spent no matter what the cost is/was an out of pocket investment). Soooo I guess be careful because how can you be one of those people who gets a pillow that doesn't change shape? Oh and by the way, there are NO instructions on what to do or how to open this vacuumed item, I only know because as I said I've gotten other vacuumed items from other companies. So that's a ringing, in my opinion.
