I like that it is user friendly, simple to use with no complicated features or functions which can be frustrating when you are trying figure out how something works for your specific needs! It does not have any additional software programs such as video conferencing in order make meetings more convenient but this could possibly add if needed down future versions of carear!! The ability just by typing someone's email address into their contact list will send them an alert saying they received our message so we know who has seen what information without having multiple people open up emails at once from different locations all day long.
