Review on πŸ”ͺ Qbit SQ1000-S Power Oscillating Multi-Tool Blade Saw: Precise Cutting for Single Gang Outlet Box by Chris Hunt

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty handy tool for mechanical and hand tools

I've used it about a dozen times. Works well on drywall, not so much on wood. Haven't tried it on 1/8" wood panels but will try as soon as possible. Makes a perfect hole for old blue (or push-in) Carlon boxes, but some other brands are slightly smaller and don't fit exactly .Maybe I'm a little picky but this thing creates a lot of drywall dust and due to the back and forth motion of the tool it spreads out more than just a hole saw.I do a lot of small jobs that put a plug in here, me try to keep my work area as clean as possible and this tool is the best for dispersing dust it's a small problem and it makes perfect sized holes and does what it's designed for pretty well I would Recommend to any electrician who has a multi-tool to attach.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
