Was hesitant because of the high price but after looking EVERYWHERE for a really good dog jacket I settled on this one. I'm very glad I did. Advantages: - Hard Gore-Tex outside, soft fleece inside. - Very easy to put on and the dog cannot take it off thanks to the chest clip. Simply slip it over your head, pull the chest piece through your legs and wrap it around your dog's back. Very light in actual weight, yet thick and durable. The combination of Goretex and fleece protects against wind, rain and snow. Others say the dimensions are weird but if you follow their guide I find it accurate. A NOTICE. If you are not sure whether to choose a smaller or larger size, it is better to choose a larger size because the elastic bands can help you tighten your head, neck and tail. I found the 20" to be perfect for my pit mix. You can see in the photos how it sits naturally without tightening the elastic.
