This cutter helped me. I used two ingredients: 3 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of baking powder. The cookies harden quickly, so I dust the molds with baking flour to keep the molds from sticking to the cookies. Delivery was quick so getting them ready for dinner over the weekend totally helped.
