I haven't washed them often so I can't fully confirm their durability. I say this because other reviewers have mentioned this as an issue. I recently had a horrible pimple on my face and excessive picking made my face very sore. My regular washcloths didn't help because they were too hard on my face as they were. I wanted something absorbent but soft, so I wanted to avoid microfiber. They turned out to be a great option as they weren't as rough as regular washcloths, but they absorbed well (especially after the first wash). I would recommend them to anyone who needs soft, gentle washcloths!
