I bought this in the largest size and didn't know how a medium sized gent would sit in it. I'm a 6 foot athletic female and they dug into the skin between my fingers and toes. This doesn't happen. So when you do yoga exercises, socks and gloves dig into the skin when there is tension, letting that area go to sleep. If they had more realistic dimensions this would be a great product. They are well constructed and the beads provide stability but due to the size the beads affect areas of the foot and hand that would not normally be an issue if the size was better. The company owner emailed me as soon as I ordered to say hello and asked for feedback, but as soon as I gave an honest answer I felt very fired. I think they are geared more towards average women's sizes and should be able to handle that just fine, but for men and "not average: women" the fit may not be right.
