Bought this for my granddaughter who just had her second child. She researched many strollers and settled on this one: easy to set up the base for a newborn, easy to transfer the infant carrier from the car to the stroller base (it can be rotated towards or away from the base). ) and your 3 year old can either stand on the platform or sleep in your car seat and stroller base. It opens and closes in one movement. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I just wish the plastic construction was a bit sturdier, if only the plastic parts were a bit thicker I would have given 5 stars.
