This ribbon is perfect. I'm one of those rare people who likes to wrap presents (I don't have gift bags). I think a satin ribbon tied with a simple bow is the perfect finishing touch for a wrapped gift. This band is perfect for that (and probably other) purposes. It's a beautiful color, soft to the touch and has a perfect shine. It's good. I love it so much I just bought another roll of the beautiful purple to add some color to my Halloween costume. The only thing I will say I don't like is that it's a bit pricey but you pay for the quality. It's a strong band and I've cut it open and seen no signs of fraying and I've noticed other bands sold on Amazon that have reviews mentioning wear from cutting.
