Don't waste your money. First, the worst English I've ever seen is printed on the box. They are sold as cool and hot packs, but do not come with any instructions or information about heating (e.g. microwave time, etc.). When frozen they are rock hard and not flexible like other gel packs. This makes it impossible and a little painful to apply to breasts that are already sore. Unless you did before freezing, forget to put a lid on it. I didn't do this because I didn't want the fabric to smell like a freezer. For the first two uses, the chemical/plastic smell of the product is overwhelming. After all, they are too small. The gel beads started to ooze (I say mud because they get crushed easily with daily use - no more beads). If possible I would give less than 1 star
