Works OK.Little unstable
The one metal bar that holds the whole thing together/chooses the 3 different levels isn't very stable. Pretty easy for it to slip out. The ab part works seamlessly but if you want to use the bench part, laying on your back, you'll have to use a pillow for your head. Your head will hit the metal handlebars. I'm 5'5" but my head still hits the metal bars. It's not as universal as I'd like but that's what I thought I was getting. I'll use it but I guess only for the sliding part.
