I have a 2006 Commander and needed to replace a third brake light. It was a simple direct fit replacement job. Just unscrew the light, unplug the cable from the old light, attach the replacement light to the cable, screw the replacement light to the car. It uses a 6 point star screw so it took me longer to find the right size tool in my tool box than it did to replace the flashlight. I've had this flashlight for a few months now and it works great.
