Reviews Strap

The bag was less than 2 weeks old but when carrying a new laptop the metal pull of the shoulder strap broke and the bag fell to the ground. The laptop is fine thank goodness but I wouldn't recommend this bag based on the build quality. Maybe if the price matched the build quality, but as it stands this bag is overpriced with very cheap parts used in production.
