Review on KOPHOTY by Mike Sutton

The internet store run by KOPHOTY left me unimpressed. The products did not match their descriptions, and the website was challenging to navigate. I had to wait a while for assistance when I contacted customer service, and the representatives were not very helpful. Additionally, shipping times took longer than anticipated, which was annoying. Overall, I thought KOPHOTY's online store had poor customer service and subpar products. I wouldn't advise people to shop at this store.
