First off, I'm NOT a gamer. However, my gamer sons advised me to buy it for conference calls. I wanted a great microphone and comfortable headset at a low or reasonable price (fair for me!) from a trusted brand. This headset is GREAT and exceeds my needs for the great price. My voice is very clear to the other participants in my conference. With a 3.5mm analog jack, it connects directly to any business PC or laptop. It comes with a USB adapter that allows you to enjoy 7.1 surround sound if your organization allows you to download the iCUE software that gives you access to all the features. With just the analog jack you have great stereo sound, better than what I need for a business meeting. Good buy!
