Review on 🐈 Efficient Odor Control: Naturally Fresh Walnut Cat Litter - A Natural Choice for Clean & Fragrance-Free Spaces by Judy Lawrence

When it works well we've switched from regular clay to Shwheat

. We loved the odor control you get from the woody walnut scent, we love that a small sachet can last 2+ weeks and my scooter man loves that it doesn't spill over his clothes or get into his nostrils. I'm sure you hear a but, and it's a big one. Three bags I ordered in three months were infested with mites. When this first happened I thought it must have been a coincidence as I had only heard of corn based fillers. Being infested with mites, it took us days to get rid of the tiny microscopic bugs that covered our covered tray in a light white dust of insect bodies slowly crawling all over the surfaces. Our smaller suitcase is made up of a closet, so we actually had a water heater on top and it was COVERED by these creatures. So. I figured it must have something to do with how it was stored at the Amazon warehouse and maybe mine was stacked next to corn litter so I drove to the local pet store and bought 2 more bags of litter. Both pockets are infected. The little suckers are smaller than a grain of rice, but there are THOUSANDS of them. In conclusion, if you're lucky and get a clean batch, they work great, but with our average we're back to the drawing board.
