I have fairly deep lateral epicondylitis after a year of graphics and animation work and healing is slow. I bought this mouse because it was the cheapest. I have to say that if I keep an eye on the position of the hands etc. I can use this mouse all day without any side effects. I can't say the same about other mice I own, including two good roller mice. The feel is great, the fit is great. Responds very well. I love that I can program each of the many functions to do whatever I want (long list). Cons: Sometimes my computer (7 year old MacBook Pro) forgets that it has this mouse (wireless) and sometimes the mouse works but the button doesn't. In any case, I take out the USB module and put it back in. Usually it gets fixed right away. A lot of people don't like the height of the mouse for economic reasons (I can't close my tray on it with the mouse), but that might be because it's a vertical mouse. :) I give it 4 stars because it sometimes skips and because I can't move it to my left hand to change the tempo. However, this is not a complaint. This is a quality device and I would buy it again. I've used many mouse configurations in my time and this is the best quality in terms of feel and responsiveness I've had.
