Review on 📻 Eton Grundig S450DLX Deluxe AM/FM/Shortwave Radio - Black: A High-quality and Versatile Radio Option by Barbara Khabeer

I have several portable HF radios (Grundig YB400pe and Kaito DE1101). I bought this mainly because of the larger speaker compared to others. Shortwave performance with the whip is superior to my Yacht Boy with the reinforced sling. I live in Southwest Michigan and was able to pick up a signal from North Korea late in the morning that my other radios couldn't. AM performance is above average, but paired with my Terk loop antenna it picks up very well. I like the fact that you can reduce the steps and fine tune the signal. I really like FM, but my Yacht Boy hardly beats it. The radio sounds great for talking and having separate bass and treble controls is great. All in all a very good all-rounder and I am very happy with this purchase. The only real downside to this radio is that it's a bit flimsy and I don't think it will survive a fall very well (cheaper plastic case and handles).
