36w bulb. Has a 30/60/90 second button. I really like the varnish - the colors are pleasant shades, they always look beautiful. I showed brown and red color - they were the same colors! You also get gems and sparkles to decorate with! I'm still working on getting the paint right so haven't experimented with decals yet! You will receive a manicure set with various tools including toenail dividers. In addition to the polish, you will receive a base coat and a top coat. I have ordered several and this one is fine. No frills! Even the dryer is minimalist - it dries longer! 3 stars! There are no flowers on the nail polish bottles, just numbers. This makes it difficult to determine what color you are looking for. This set is priced comparable to other better sets I have ordered. However, it works. I hope you find this review and photos helpful! It will be a good set for a beginner.
