Used these to replace a pair of original AKG 545 pads because the fake leather had shredded itself over time. I just put these on, so I don't have a long-term review, but they feel and sound great so far.The pad diameter is about 10cm larger, which feels better on my ears. Jut looking, they appear to be the same depth. The dynamic range is slightly better with these pads, especially in the bass. And they keep sound out slightly better. I was hesitant to drop the extra dough for these, but I wanted real leather to avoid any self-destructing in the future. No regrets so far.
