Waste of money and time

Well ok the idea was good but I saw that it needed improvement. First, the cooling plate, which should be on your neck to cool you down, doesn't lie flat on your neck so you don't feel the saddle. Especially when you mow the lawn or even just drive a car. You almost have to wrap it around your neck and choke yourself for it to touch. Fans just blow hot air around you already. Why shouldn't the air flow through the cold plate to blow cold air? waste of my money. RETURN
