See attached video for details. I hope it shows. The vest is pretty good considering it's a women's vest. It has no princess seams or curve-enhancing designs. Such cuts are actually worse for an activewear vest. Princess seams and rounded necklines restrict movement and make the piece look awkward. This vest is more like a unisex. The material is light, which is good if you want to wear an active vest in hot weather, but the material is still not breathable enough. I wish the vest was longer at the hem. It has a little too much "loose fit", which in itself isn't bad in my opinion, but then it should be noticeably longer at the hem for a more balanced look. If it could be made to stretch somehow that would be great, but it has no stretch. The vest was decent enough in design, material and practicality but after some consideration I decided I would return it as it still wasn't close enough to what I wanted or needed. I actually bought two different sizes to see which one fits best. Both return. It looks like there is no free shipping on this return. I still need to look for a lightweight, practical, all-purpose vest.
