This product is very easy to use. My whitening gel squirts are a little irritating, so I find it really helpful to squeeze the gel onto a plate (or other surface) and apply it to my teeth with a small brush to avoid wasting it. . I got my brush from the Dollar Store watercolor kit. I then use the rest of the gel on the plate and paint it over the surface of the whitening element. I am very pleased with the results so far. I had limescale deposits on my front teeth and now after only 5 days with 20 minutes daily use they are barely noticeable. I love Novashin!
