I ordered this item (40AU0065US) after making sure it was compatible with my machine. But it has no signal through HDMI or HDMI on sent the display vga cable it didnt work right away then i successfully updated the driver still not working usb port for mouse dongle working display not working anyway will be returned is there a contact for vantage Point Corp in shipping box to get help On the item I see TYPE: 40AU but not the full number 40AU0065US Was unnecessary fuss.
