In my thirty or so years of work, most of my work has required constant hand washing and/or no acrylic nails or polish. Result? Brittle and weak nails that flake, crack, break and so on. Each month I hoped my nails would grow long enough for at least one manicure, only to snap or split them before I could get to the nail salon. I don't remember if I saw this product on a blog or searched the web, but after reading the reviews I decided to buy it. And I'm glad I did! I literally file my nails. Some of them broke at different times but I can either file or cut them and I have nails!
