I searched and bought a very large shower cap that didn't damage my hair and bought many other caps that promised what I needed but they all always didn't fit long thick hair. This is the perfect shower cap to keep my hair from breaking. It was a bit stiff elastic but after a week of wearing the elastic came loose and is perfect again!
